ContentGuard v Apple – $420,000 Bill of Costs Approved by Judge Gilstrap

contentguard-logo(Tyler, Texas – January 20, 2016) After a successful defense, Judge Gilstrap today granted Apple’s Bill of Costs in the amount of $420,000. This came two months to the day after a jury verdict denying Plaintiff ContentGuard’s contentions in the Eastern District of Texas’s case 2:13-cv-1112.
